If you would like to delete your FIIA account and associated personal data, please send your request to privacy@fiia.co.ke using the email address linked to your FIIA account.

Please include:

• your account email address

• the subject line: Account Deletion Request

Once we verify the request, we will delete or anonymize your account data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or regulatory purposes.

Data typically deleted includes:

• account profile information

• questionnaire responses

• portfolio recommendation records linked to your account

• app usage data associated with your account where applicable

• Data that may be retained for a limited period where necessary:

• payment or transaction records

• security and fraud-prevention records

• records required for legal, tax, audit, or regulatory compliance
